Field Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Manager role based in the Pune District. The Field Manager will oversee the planning and execution of field surveys, lead and manage a team of field surveyors, ensure accuracy in data collection, and maintain quality control. Other responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, troubleshooting issues during fieldwork, and generating detailed reports to support project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Experience in survey planning, execution, and data collection management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with political or market research methodologies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
