The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets by promoting medical
products to surgeons, corporate hospitals, and trade hospitals across assigned HQ.
The candidate must be well-versed with the local geography and healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Meet and build strong relationships with surgeons and other key decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote products effectively in corporate and trade hospitals.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and strategies.
Submit regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support.
Requirements
Sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of the market, including key hospitals and healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
