This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Field Executive. The Field Executive will be primarily responsible for coordinating and conducting fieldwork activities for data collection across various projects. Daily tasks include managing survey processes, coordinating with field staff, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining timelines. The role will require regular communication with the research team to ensure the smooth execution of field activities. A proactive and detail-oriented approach is essential for success in this position.

• Strong coordination skills for managing fieldwork activities and handling data collection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with field staff, stakeholders, and the research team.
• Proficiency in data management and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and maintain project timelines.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking to address challenges during data collection and field activities.
• Prior experience in field research or market research roles is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Bengaluru South and the surrounding areas for efficient field operations.
• Flexibility to travel locally as per project requirements.
• A graduate degree in any discipline; degrees related to market research, business, or social sciences are preferred but not mandatory.
