Job Description

Visit assigned field locations daily and carry out operational tasks as instructed.
Interact with vendors, site personnel, and local contacts to collect factual on-ground updates.
Ensure correct and timely flow of information from field to management.
Observe field activities closely and report any deviations, issues, or quality concerns.
Support vendors and field personnel in executing tasks smoothly by ensuring proper communication.
Maintain daily field logs, visit notes, and activity reports with accuracy.
Assist in ensuring coordination between different field contacts for uninterrupted work.
Provide immediate updates regarding unexpected situations, challenges, or operational changes.
Participate in morning briefing calls to share updates and receive daily instructions.
Carry out any additional field tasks assigned by the management or operations team.
