We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the field, ensuring the successful implementation of engineering projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct field surveys and assessments to gather data for project planning.
- Provide technical support and expertise during the installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to field activities.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and junior engineers on equipment and systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in technical software and tools relevant to the field (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various project sites.
