Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Engineer Field Application Engineering to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in supporting engineering solutions in a field environment, working closely with customers to ensure successful implementation and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers during the implementation of engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and feature development.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new engineering products and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-9 years of experience in field application engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded systems, hardware design, and software integration.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
