We are seeking a dedicated TeleCaller for a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The TeleCaller will manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide clients with information regarding loan products, address their inquiries, and support their loan application processes. The role involves establishing strong client relationships, maintaining records of interaction and follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Effective communication and customer service skills are critical to succeeding in this role.

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication and the ability to maintain professional customer interactions.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and persuasion skills to promote services effectively.
• Customer service orientation, including the ability to handle inquiries, address complaints, and provide solutions effectively.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with telephonic software and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining accurate call records and documentation.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment at our Indore office location.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
