About Seeaash:

Seeaash is a contemporary Indianwear label rooted in timeless craftsmanship and modern aesthetics. Founded by sisters Seerat and Aashna Jain, the brand celebrates stories of femininity, culture, and individuality through design that feels both nostalgic and new.

Role:

We're looking for a Senior Designer with 3+ years of industry experience in Indianwear or contemporary womenswear. The role is full-time, based at our Gurgaon studio (Golf Course Road).

As a Senior Designer at Seeaash, you'll:

• Lead the design process from concept to sampling and final production.
• Research trends, fabrics, and silhouettes aligned with the brand's evolving language.
• Work closely with the founders and design team to translate creative direction into commercially successful collections.
• Oversee fittings, detailing, and finishings to maintain Seeaash's signature quality and aesthetic.

Who we're looking for:

Someone who's passionate about design and Indian craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-growing, detail-driven brand environment, and wants to build a meaningful body of work that tells a story through every garment.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of design experience (Indianwear or fusionwear preferred)
• Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and draping
• Proficiency in design software and technical drawing (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Location: Gurgaon (Full-time, in-studio role)
