Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming trends, fabrics, techniques, and design inspirations.
- Collaborate with the sampling team for product development and sampling.
- Support and deliver on all design requirements as per brand guidelines.
- Handle end-to-end product developmentfrom CAD creation to final sample.
- Work closely with the design team to develop new product ideas based on research insights.
- Prepare and maintain Line Lists/Range Plans aligned with assortment planning and buying requirements.
- Contribute to ongoing projects by taking ownership of specific tasks.
- Oversee the design production process, including fittings, price estimation, and coordination with marketing teams.
- Create sketches, illustrations, and mood boards for collection development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing.
- Strong understanding of design techniques, garment construction, and visual elements.
- Excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRA , etc.
