Fashion Designer – Women's Apparel & Accessories
Location: Site 4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR)
We are an export-focused manufacturing company developing products for international fashion markets. We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Fashion Designer with strong experience in women's apparel and accessories.
This role is suited for a designer who understands both aesthetics and product development, and can create collections that are commercially relevant for global customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal collections for women's apparel and accessories.
- Design categories including dresses, tops, co-ords, kaftans, resortwear, scarves, shawls, wraps, bandanas, and related products.
- Research trends, color stories, fabrics, and market directions.
- Create mood boards, design concepts, technical sketches, and development packs.
- Work closely with sourcing, sampling, merchandising, and production teams to bring concepts into commercially viable products.
- Contribute to collection presentations and product development for international customers.
Requirements
- Degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institute such as NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience especially export industry.
- Strong experience in women's western wear.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, and product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience working with fashion brands, export houses, buying offices, or apparel manufacturers.
- Ability to develop complete collections rather than individual styles.
