Fashion Designer

We're Hiring at Outcasts

Outcasts is looking for a Fashion Designer to join our growing design team. We are a women's western wear fast fashion brand, and this role is suited for someone who enjoys being involved across the entire design journey from research and concept development to sampling and final execution.

You will work closely with the design, sampling, and production teams to support collection development and ensure creative ideas translate smoothly into finished products aligned with brand aesthetics and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design research and development support

Mood boards, colour stories, and print assistance

Sampling coordination and follow-ups with internal teams

Basic tech packs and design documentation

Supporting seasonal collection execution

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of women's western wear and fast fashion trends

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency

Good coordination and execution skills

Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to design

Experience:

25 years of relevant experience

Location: On-site, Delhi
