Position: Fashion Designer
Location: Remote Role
Working Hours: 5 days a week, excluding weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Creation: Conceptualize and create innovative and trend-setting designs that align with Fuse’s sustainable brand identity.
- Graphic Design Expertise: Develop graphic elements and patterns for screen printing, ensuring they align with the latest fashion trends and brand aesthetics.
- Deep Knowledge of T-Shirt Screen Printing: Apply a deep understanding of T-shirt screen printing processes, including techniques, technical constraints, and best practices, to create optimized designs.
- Collection Development: Contribute to the development of seasonal collections, integrating sustainable materials and processes.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies in sustainable fashion and graphic design.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs meet branding and operational requirements.
Qualifications:- A degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design for fashion, with a strong portfolio showcasing screen-printed designs.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
- Hands-on experience with screen printing processes, including color separations and material compatibility.
- Strong understanding of sustainable fashion practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on weekends as part of the schedule.
