Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in New Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting products that best suit their style and requirements. Responsibilities include providing expert fashion advice, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Additionally, the Fashion Consultant will support sales goals and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment
• A passion for Indian ethnic fashion and familiarity with market trends
• Professional appearance and understanding of the importance of personal styling
• Prior experience in retail or fashion-specific roles is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
