We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to provide personalized styling advice and enhance the overall shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and styles based on their preferences and needs
- Provide personalized styling advice and build strong customer relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, styles, and seasonal collections
- Ensure excellent customer service and a premium in-store experience
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
- Handle billing, POS transactions, and basic inventory coordination
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
Requirements
- Graduate or relevant qualification in Fashion / Retail (preferred)
- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and trends
- Prior experience in retail, apparel, or luxury brands is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Well-groomed and presentable personality
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
