Overview
DigiRoket is a Jaipur-based digital marketing agency offering 360° services including social media marketing, performance marketing, PPC, SEO, website development, and more. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us generate quality business opportunities, build meaningful client conversations, and contribute to agency growth with a strong understanding of the marketing and digital services space. The company site positions Digiroket around online visibility, leads, growth, and full-stack digital delivery.
This role is for someone who understands service selling, can identify high-quality prospects, and has experience in marketing/business development, preferably in an agency context.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and approach potential clients for DigiRoket's services
Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through outbound, inbound follow-up, networking, and strategic outreach
Focus on decision-makers from relevant niches such as D2C, lead generation businesses, real estate, premium brands, and service-led businesses
Business Conversations
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital solutions
Present DigiRoket's services with confidence and clarity
Translate client problems into business opportunities for the agency
Sales Process Management
Handle the end-to-end pre-sales process from lead qualification to proposal discussion
Coordinate internally with strategy, social media, and performance teams for solution alignment
Maintain follow-up systems, conversation updates, and deal movement
Agency Growth Contribution
Help strengthen DigiRoket's business acquisition efforts
Bring in leads that match the agency's service strengths such as SMM, performance marketing, PPC, SEO, website development, and related digital services listed on the company website
Improve closure quality rather than focusing only on lead volume.
Relationship Building
Build long-term rapport with prospects and clients
Ensure smooth communication, professionalism, and credibility throughout the sales cycle.
Preferred Background
Prior experience in agency sales, digital marketing sales, or related business development role
Understanding of digital service models and performance-led marketing conversations
Strong communication, negotiation, and lead qualification skills
Based in Jaipur or comfortable working from Jaipur office.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
3–4 years of relevant business development or sales experience
Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
Confident in pitching services and handling business conversations
Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
