Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Faculty & Counsellor to teach IT or Finance subjects and support students in their academic and professional development. The role involves classroom teaching along with student counseling in a structured academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, conduct assessments, and manage examinations for IT or Finance subjects.
- Provide academic and career counseling to support student development
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and ensure timely reporting.
- Design and update curriculum aligned with industry standards.
- Support admissions through counseling, follow-ups, and query handling.
- Resolve student concerns and coordinate with academic and Student support teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred)
