This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot for PYP Educators, Mother Teachers, and ICSE & IGCSE educators. The role involves creating and delivering interactive lesson plans, fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, and effectively engaging with students of varying learning needs. Responsibilities include planning and conducting lessons, evaluating student progress, collaborating with colleagues to develop curricula, and maintaining communication with parents to ensure holistic student development.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and effective Educational practices
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with students, colleagues, and parents
• Expertise in Teaching methodologies and a passion for Training young learners
• Dedication to fostering a positive and innovative learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PYP, ICSE, or IGCSE training) is a plus
• Prior experience working with diverse student groups and implementing differentiated teaching strategies
• Commitment to continuous professional development and embracing new pedagogical approaches
