Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Factory Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations including production planning, managing manufacturing operations, supervising production activities, ensuring quality control, and ensuring efficient workflow across the factory. The role involves managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement for operational efficiency and quality enhancement.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Production Planning and Production Management
- Experience in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a factory environment is an advantage
