Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Rajkot for a Factory Supervisor. The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include production planning, monitoring workflows, enforcing safety protocols, supervising manufacturing processes, and coordinating with teams to meet operational targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining compliance with quality control standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the facility.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Production Planning and Production Management
- Proficiency in Quality Control and adherence to product standards
- Skills in Operations Management and streamlining manufacturing operations
- Experience in supervising Manufacturing Operations and ensuring process efficiency
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical background or familiarity with engine spare parts and mechanical components
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
