Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes and meeting quality standards.
- Manage batch operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of chemical manufacturing processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to hazardous chemicals handling.
- Coordinate ETP operation activities to maintain water treatment efficiency and environmental safety.
- Supervise factory operations, focusing on speciality chemicals production and optical brightening agent (OBA) processing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in chemical industry or similar field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of chemical production, plant operations, factory operations, chemical manufacturing, batch operations, dyes & intermediates.
