Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wood Working Factory Manager, located in Anjar. The Factory Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, quality control processes, and overall production and operations management. The role involves ensuring manufacturing efficiency, minimizing downtime, maintaining safety standards, and achieving production targets. The Factory Manager will also lead teams effectively and contribute to the continuous improvement of the facility's operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Manufacturing Operations, Stock management.
• Strong Operations Management skills with a focus on optimizing efficiency
• Experience in leadership and team management within a factory setting
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing
• Ability to work collaboratively and make data-driven decisions
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
