Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Facility Role to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facility in Bakrahat. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility operations, housekeeping, and vendor management, preferably from the hotel or manufacturing

sector, with proven leadership in managing large premises and multiple facility support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Facility Operations & Maintenance:

oManage day-to-day facility operations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, DG sets, and building maintenance.

oEnsure smooth functioning of utilities, cleanliness, and hygiene across the plant premises.

•Housekeeping & Sanitation:

oSupervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards comparable to hotel-level expectations.

oEnsure pest control and waste management protocols are followed.

•Security & Safety:

oCoordinate with security personnel to ensure safety of employees, property, and materials.

oImplement and monitor safety standards and compliance with statutory regulations (Fire Safety, EHS norms).

•Vendor & AMC Management:

oManage and negotiate contracts for outsourced facility services (cleaning, maintenance, pest control, cafeteria, etc.).

oMonitor performance of service providers and maintain SLAs.

•Budgeting & Cost Control:

oPrepare and manage facility management budget, cost control, and procurement of consumables and maintenance tools.

•Team Management:

oLead a team of support staff including technicians, housekeeping, and security.

oConduct training and development programs for the facility support staff.

•Liaisoning & Compliance:

oCoordinate with local authorities for inspections, licenses, and statutory compliances.

Key Requirements:

•Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Certification in Facility Management/Hotel Management is a plus.

•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in facility management, preferably from hotel or manufacturing sectors.

•Strong knowledge of housekeeping, utilities, and maintenance systems.

•Excellent team handling, vendor management, and coordination skills.
