Job Description

• Manage overall facility operations including housekeeping, M&E, equipment, and conference room services

• Maintain all operational records and prepare MIS reports for management review

• Lead monthly operational progress meetings in absence of operations manager

• Train team members on quality standards, policies, and operational procedures

• Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of facility staff

• Advise clients on maintenance budgets and long-term facility planning

• Manage contract lifecycle including drafting terms, defining scope, and AMC documentation

• Conduct tendering processes and evaluate subcontractors based on performance and cost efficiency

• Develop and manage SLAs and support procurement in vendor finalization

• Monitor vendor workforce quality, training compliance, and service delivery standards

• Define annual cost-saving initiatives in energy and maintenance operations

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements

• Audit subcontractor performance, materials quality, and service adherence

• Coordinate with HR and operations for training and capability development

• Prepare and review preventive maintenance schedules and reports

• Coordinate with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation

• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communications

• Ensure vendors meet commitments related to service delivery and training schedules
