• Ensure compliance with labor laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements
• Audit subcontractor performance, materials quality, and service adherence
• Coordinate with HR and operations for training and capability development
• Prepare and review preventive maintenance schedules and reports
• Coordinate with finance teams for billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder communications
• Ensure vendors meet commitments related to service delivery and training schedules
