Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day functions of the business centre, including front desk, housekeeping, pantry, security and maintenance.
- Resolve clients queries, requests and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain records for renewals, invoices and payments.
- Manage mail handling, courier services, visitors logs, access cards and inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Coordinate with vendor and staff.
- Oversee petty cash, procurement of office supplies and vendor billing.
- Track operational expenses and assist in budgeting.
