Key Responsibilities
Operations & Client Support
*Ensure seamless functioning of services across multiple properties/centers, including
vendor management, client support, and facility operations.
* Deliver timely resolution of service requests and breakdowns raised by clients or
internal teams.
* Support workspace modifications and customization requests across departments to
enhance client experience.
Facility & Maintenance Oversight
*Supervise maintenance activities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and
general repair work.
*Conduct routine facility inspections to uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards.
*Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure maximum uptime of critical
infrastructure.
Vendor & Procurement Management
*Coordinate with external vendors (plumbers, electricians, carpenters, technicians) and
monitor work quality and timelines.
*Oversee procurement, ordering, and stock levels of maintenance materials and
consumables.
*Maintain complete documentation including vendor logs, AMC schedules, service
reports, and Google sheet/excel-based trackers
Service Excellence & Ticketing
*Handle and track service-related tickets (backend); assign, follow up, and ensure closure
within SLAs.
*Drive operational efficiency by monitoring ticket resolution and capturing client
feedback.
