Job Overview:
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of office facilities. He/she is to ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and management of a companys facilities
- Manage the Canteen facility hygiene, Food quality menu, Inventory Management Contractor, Compliances.
- Ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors
- Manage the daily operations of the facility
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the facility
- Ensure that the facility complies with government regulations and safety standards
- Manage budgets and expenses related to the facility
- Monitor and manage utility usage and expenses
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the facility meets their needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
- Manage and supervise facility staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Facilities Management of office spaceis a must
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to manage vendor teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
- Knowledge of government regulations and safety standards
