We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage budgets, coordinate maintenance activities, and work effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and security of the facility.
  • Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage space allocation and optimize facility usage.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
