We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage budgets, coordinate maintenance activities, and work effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and security of the facility.
- Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and facility management software.
