Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Management & Maintenance

Own complete repair & maintenance (R&M) across all sites (electrical, HVAC, plumbing,

carpentry, etc.)

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are defined, tracked, and strictly adhered to

Manage and track all AMCs (HVAC, fire systems, DG, etc.)

Ensure high-quality closure of all complaints (focus on resolution, not just completion)

Drive a preventive maintenance culture instead of reactive fixes

. Vendor & Manpower Management

Manage all vendors including housekeeping, security, MEP, pest control, and technical

services

Ensure 100% manpower availability, discipline, and performance at all times

Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and enforce SLAs strictly

6. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain centralized and audit-ready records for:

o AMCs

o Vendor contracts

o Maintenance logs

o Asset registers

9. Compliance & Safety

Ensure all fire safety systems, audits, and certifications are up to date

Maintain statutory and operational compliance across all sites

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency preparedness
