Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and banqueting/food court management
  • Ensure excellent customer service for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Facilities operations: Housekeeping, Pantry, Mailroom, Cleaning, Landscaping, and Parking teams
  • Space & Access Management: Optimize space utilization, manage moves, upgrades, and maintain records
  • Coordinate with vendors/professionals for repairs, maintenance, and equipment upkeep
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure building functionality and safety compliance
  • Ensure adherence to local and industry safety standards
  • Audit Management: Handle internal & external audits, engagement audits, documentation, and closure of observations/NCs within defined SLAs
  • Plan and conduct training programs on safety, emergency procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources across facilities, banqueting, and F&B areas

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and tools used for inspections and facilities management
  • Flexible to work extended or non-standard hours as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc in Hotel Management
  • 5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels, IT companies, or hospitality sectors

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
