What You'll Do:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Handle pixel setup, custom/lookalike audiences, and bidding strategies (CPC, CPM, AutoBid)
- Write compelling ad copy and A/B test creatives
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Manage international client accounts & eCommerce ad funnels
- Track conversions and collaborate to improve performance
- Work within timelines and budgets across multiple projects
What You Bring:
- 4–5 years experience managing performance campaigns in a digital marketing agency
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, Power Editor, and analytics tools
- Strong communication, time management & project handling skills
- Must be currently working in a digital marketing agency
- Comfortable working in Ahmedabad (in-house role only)
