Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include promptly addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional support and assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires delivering online and technical support effectively and maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and resolving issues effectively
  • Experience in Online Support, including chat and email communication
  • Knowledge of Technical Support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and meeting service-level goals
  • Experience in a BPO or customer relations role is a plus
