Role Overview
We are looking for a Photo & Videographer who can capture the soul of our spaces, people, food, drinks, and moments. This role goes beyond shooting content, it is about storytelling through hospitality, detail, and emotion.
You will work closely with marketing, brand, and operations teams to create high-quality visual content that reflects TH's values, brand identity, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Shoot high-quality photography and video for:
- Food & beverages
- Interiors & ambience
- People, service moments & behind-the-scenes
- Events, launches, collaborations & campaigns
- Create short-form and long-form video content for social media, website, and brand campaigns.
1.Brand & Storytelling
- Translate each brand's unique personality while maintaining a consistent TH visual language.
- Capture moments that feel warm, real, and intentional, not staged or generic.
- Work with the brand team to understand campaign objectives and storytelling direction.
2.Post-Production
- Edit photos and videos with attention to detail, pacing, colour, and mood.
- Ensure final output aligns with brand tone and platform requirements (Instagram, reels, website, ads, etc.).
3.Collaboration & Ownership
- Coordinate with outlet teams for shoot schedules and requirements.
- Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Maintain and manage camera gear, files, and archives responsibly.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 2-4 years of experience in photography and videography (hospitality, lifestyle, food, or brand content preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing food, people, spaces, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in:
- DSLR / mirrorless cameras
- Lighting (natural & artificial)
- Editing tools (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Ability to work on-ground in live restaurant environments.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle or culture brands.
- Understanding of social-first content and trends.
- Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
