Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an F&B Associate / Barista. The role involves preparing high-quality beverages, assisting with food preparation, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day café operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling customer inquiries, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic Barista skills and knowledge of food preparation processes
• Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage with guests and team members
• Effective Communication skills for clear interactions and coordination
• Ability to multitask, deliver under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
• Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
