Job Summary
The Export Sales Manager handles overseas customers and export sales orders. The role includes finding new international buyers, managing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Find and develop new export customers
Handle export enquiries, quotations, and orders
Communicate with international clients by email and calls
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
Track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
Follow up on payments and customer requirements
Prepare and check basic export documents
Skills Required
Good spoken and written English
Basic knowledge of export sales and procedures
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Good communication and customer handling
Working knowledge of MS Office and email
Preferred Experience
Experience in garment or manufacturing exports
Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation is an advantage
