Job Summary
The Export Sales Manager is responsible for handling international customers and managing export sales orders. The role includes developing new overseas buyers, handling enquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Communicate with overseas clients through email and calls
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams
- Track export orders, shipments, and delivery schedules
- Follow up on payments and customer requirements
- Prepare and verify export documents

- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of export sales procedures
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication and customer-handling ability
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email
