Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Export Sales Executive to join our international business team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B exports, lead generation through platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and most importantly, the ability to find and develop new customers through personal experience, industry contacts, and proactive market research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand international sales across multiple markets.
  • Generate and follow up on export leads through Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other online platforms.
  • Identify new customers through personal network, past experience, and independent market exploration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers, distributors, and importers.
  • Handle export documentation, shipping coordination, and client communication.
  • Study market trends, competitor activities, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 34 years of proven experience in export sales or international business development.
  • Strong knowledge of online export platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Prior experience in fragrance, essential oils, or chemical industry preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of generating business independently.
