About The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Export Manager to join a growing organization in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in international trade operations, export documentation, logistics coordination, and global client management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, shipment planning, and timely delivery
- Prepare, review, and verify export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading/AWB, LC documents, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and country-specific requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners
- Handle international payment terms including Letters of Credit (LC), advance payments, and banking documentation
- Develop and manage export markets across targeted global regions
- Monitor export performance, cost optimization, and profitability metrics
- Lead customer communication, negotiations, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (such as CE or homologation requirements where applicable)
- Track global trade policies, duties, and regulatory changes impacting exports
Required Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in Export/Import Operations or International Sales
- Strong knowledge of International Trade & Export Documentation
- Hands-on experience in Customs & Regulatory Compliance
- Working knowledge of INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, EXW, DDP, etc.)
- Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination experience
- Familiarity with Foreign Trade Policy & DGFT procedures
- Experience in International Payment Terms & LC handling
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Experience handling multi-country shipments and international clients
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Preferred Background
- Experience in the automotive manufacturing or auto components industry
- Candidates who have previously worked with Minda Corporation Limited will be given strong preference
