We are looking for a talented International Business Development Manager(Hardware Industry) in our company at Rajkot Location.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

- Identify and evaluate potential markets and clients for international expansion.

- Establish and maintain relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and negotiate contracts with international clients to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Provide training and support to local sales teams on international product offerings.

- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company's products.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

-He/She should attend to client queries and follow up with the Technical team.

Demonstrable leadership abilities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international marketing.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a global market.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Ability to travel internationally as required.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
