This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Export Documentation (Forwarding & CHA) specialist. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with customers to ensure smooth communication, handling export-related processes, and interacting with customers to provide service and resolve inquiries. The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of export and forwarding procedures.

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and knowledge of the export process
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Import Export operations and compliance requirements
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of customs processes and CHA operations is strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders
