Job Description

1. End-to-End Event Execution

Own the complete lifecycle of on-ground activations—from concept to execution and post-event evaluation

Ensure seamless delivery of events across markets, maintaining consistency in quality and brand standards

Manage timelines, production schedules, and operational logistics to ensure flawless execution

2. Agency & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with creative, production, and experiential agencies to develop brand assets, installations, and

environments

Brief agencies effectively and ensure output aligns with brand guidelines and objectives

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, trade) to align on goals and execution plans

3. Brand Experience & Ideation

Conceptualize and execute differentiated, disruptive experiences tailored for both on-premise (bars,

restaurants, events) and off-premise (retail, modern trade, pop-ups) channels

Continuously innovate to create memorable consumer interactions that drive brand recall and advocacy

Translate brand strategy into tangible, immersive experiences

4. Budget & Cost Management

Plan and manage budgets for experiential activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources

Track spends, negotiate with vendors/agencies, and drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality

Ensure all activities are delivered within approved budgets

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Define success metrics for activations and measure effectiveness (footfall, engagement, conversions, ROI)

Share post-event reports with key learnings and recommendations for future improvements

Qualifications & Experience

4–8 years of experience in experiential marketing, events, or brand activations (preferably in

FMCG/alcobev/lifestyle sectors)

Proven track record of executing large-scale, high-impact on-ground activations

Strong network of agencies, vendors, and production partners

Key Skills

Strong project management and execution capabilities

Creative thinker with a passion for building immersive brand experiences

Excellent stakeholder and agency management skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments

Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills
