Key responsibilties Conduct exit calls with resigning employees in a timely and structured manner
Capture accurate reasons for exit and overall employee experience feedback
Ensure professional, empathetic, and confidential communication during calls
Document and update exit feedback correctly in HRMS / tracking systems
Share recurring themes, trends, and critical insights with HR stakeholders
