Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor all pending/back orders on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material dispatch and delivery status.
- Update the purchase and sales teams regularly on order progress and delays.
- Maintain back order reports and ensure timely closure.
- Follow up with logistics and warehouse teams for inward/outward material movement.
- Escalate any delays or issues to the reporting manager for immediate resolution.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP / SAP systems regarding back order status.
- Support in maintaining vendor relationships and improving delivery performance.
- Prepare MIS reports related to back order status, aging, and closures.
