Job Description SAP Invoicer

  • Generate invoices in SAP accurately and timely.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and tax calculations.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for order processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company invoicing policies and GST regulations.
  • Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, and reprints in SAP.
  • Maintain records of invoices and related documents.
  • Resolve invoicing discrepancies with internal teams and customers.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly invoice reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in SAP.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP invoicing; good Excel skills preferred.
