Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Warehouse Executive. The Warehouse Executive will handle daily warehouse operations including unpacking, packing, and inventory management. The role involves inspecting goods, monitoring stock levels, organizing materials, processing shipments, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the warehouse. Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams to support timely dispatches and delivery are key aspects of this role.

Position OverviewThe Warehouse Executive will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory control, timely order processing, and smooth coordination with logistics partners. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities1. Warehouse OperationsManage inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure all goods are handled as per company SOPs
Maintain hygiene, safety, and organization within the warehouse
2. Inventory ManagementConduct cycle counts and monthly stock audits
Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels
Implement FIFO/FEFO processes effectively
3. Documentation & System UpdatesPrepare GRNs, challans, dispatch documents, and daily reports
Update WMS/ERP systems accurately
Maintain proper records of all material movement
4. Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with transporters, vendors, and courier partners for timely dispatch
Track shipments and resolve delivery delays
Handle issues related to damages, shortages, or transit concerns
5. Team & Compliance ManagementSupervise pickers, packers, helpers, and loaders
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to SOPs
Assist with manpower planning and productivity monitoring
Qualifications & SkillsRequiredGraduate (preferred) or HSC with relevant warehouse experience
14 years of experience in warehouse/logistics (Bhiwandi experience preferred)
Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel
Strong understanding of warehouse processes and documentation
PreferredExperience in FMCG, E-commerce, Retail, 3PL, or Manufacturing
