E-commerce Specialist (Marketplace Operations)

Role Summary
Responsible for day-to-day operations on e-marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc., with hands-on ownership of listings, pricing, inventory, seller POs, and warehouse coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily marketplace operations and account hygiene
- Create, update, and audit product listings (titles, images, attributes, HSN, GST)
- Map ASINs / FSNs and manage multiple prices across marketplaces
- Monitor and update pricing daily; track competitor prices
- Handle inventory tracking, seller POs, and replenishment coordination
- Schedule and manage seller delivery appointments at warehouses
- Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery performance
- Maintain daily/weekly reports on sales, pricing, and inventory
- Coordinate with vendors, finance, and internal teams
- Ensure GST, tax, invoicing accuracy and avoid account penalties
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 25 years of hands-on Amazon / Flipkart marketplace experience
- Strong knowledge of listing management and daily e-commerce operations
- Comfortable with Excel and operational reporting
- Detail-oriented and execution-focused
