Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team in a pivotal role, ensuring efficient management of mechanical and electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of properties. Contribute to maintaining high standards and successful project implementations.

Responsibilities

Implement preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical and electrical systems. Manage tenants requests for mechanical and electrical services and support all related upgrading projects. Oversee property operations to align with asset objectives, safety standards, and compliance regulations. Propose, plan, and coordinate capital enhancement projects and tenant improvement works. Monitor and control all property M&E operations to ensure efficiency and regulatory adherence. Procure service contracts and liaise with service providers for effective rectification works. Investigate latent defect issues and evaluate technical recommendations and solutions from contractors. Support budgeting processes and track expenses, preparing cost analyses for monthly management reports.

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of tenant management, building maintenance, technical services, and construction. Experience with building automation systems is advantageous. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Certification as a Fire Safety Manager is beneficial. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
