Key Deliverables:

• Provide day-to-day support on vessel operations and technical documentation as per guidance from Technical Managers
• Maintain vessel-specific records including drawings, manuals, and technical reports for owner submissions
• Track and escalate supply quality issues to relevant departments ensuring swift resolution
• Ensure consistent service quality through documentation reviews, audits, and stakeholder coordination

Role Responsibilities:

• Address technical queries from internal and external stakeholders with a focus on issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, QHSE, and operations for seamless technical support
• Participate in quality assurance efforts and internal training to enhance technical knowledge
• Maintain proactive communication to resolve compliance and technical discrepancies effectively
