Roles & Responsibilities
As an
Executive - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, and mass mailers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring reports.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and employee retention efforts.
Skills & Qualification
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Digital Marketing recruitment experience (3 - 6 months) will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and various interview techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions/LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hiring requirements across different roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
