Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Utilize sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job postings, and mass mailers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment data, ATS records, and hiring reports.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and employee retention efforts.

Skills & Qualification

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Digital Marketing recruitment experience (3 - 6 months) will be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and various interview techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions/LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hiring requirements across different roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
