About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-channel sourcing – Identify and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean searches, and alternative talent pools.
- Stakeholder management – Build strong relationships with hiring managers; provide regular updates, market insights, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring cycle.
- End-to-end recruitment – Manage requisitions from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely communication.
- Turnaround time (TAT) ownership – Meet or exceed hiring SLAs by proactively tracking pipeline health and removing bottlenecks.
- Screening & assessment – Conduct initial screens to evaluate skills, culture fit, and motivation; coordinate interview panels and gather feedback efficiently.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Proven ability to source talent from multiple channels and build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and persuasive in both written and verbal interactions.
- Strong stakeholder management – comfortable influencing hiring decisions and pushing back constructively when needed.
- Track record of meeting time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets.
Good to Have
- Experience with requirement gathering – ability to translate business needs into detailed role specifications and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
