Executive/ Sr.Executive -Revenue Purchase for Formulations

Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle revenue purchases for Electrical and Mechanical equipment at our formulations plant.
• Share specifications with vendors, obtain quotations, and ensure seamless communication throughout the procurement process.
• Raise POs, track material deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work with multiple vendors to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
• Verify invoices, work with the finance team for approvals, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage procurement processes for imported materials, ensuring compliance with import regulations.
• Oversee the entire purchase cycle, from vendor selection to final payment processing.
